Framing :D

These two photos are framed using the photographer's surroundings. Both are landscapes with either natural or artificial borders and both are examples of what a frame is.

Rule of Thirds

These are examples of photos that use rule of thirds. When the photo uses a line (typically the horizon line) to create the idea of thirds in the picture it is called rule of thirds.

Simplicity

Simplicity is the lack of detail to provoke a stronger message in the image.

The Third Class Carriage- Daumier

For our CyberARTS class assignment we were told to take this picture and modify it to look significantly more realistic than the original copy. We would do this by editing the picture in photoshop using the crop and contrast features. This was the outcome of my editing, it looks curiously similar to everyone else's but thats probably just because you're not looking close enough.
